1. Shipping Options
We offer standard shipping within the United States. We do not provide express or international shipping options at this time. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground service.
2. Shipping Times
Our standard shipping option, UPS Ground, typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on the destination. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship only within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination address. You can view the estimated shipping costs in your shopping cart before completing your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a replacement or refund. In case of lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to locate the package or provide a suitable resolution. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation from the carrier.
