At Third Generation Candles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

 

2. Return Shipping

Third Generation Candles will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible items. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team, who will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and further instructions.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your payment provider. If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact your payment provider or our customer support team for assistance.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
